Listing Agreement

This
agreement is entered into by and between
AttorneysOnline.US., hereinafter referred to as
the Company and the undersigned, hereinafter
referred to as the Firm.
The
Company and the Firm mutually agree as follows:
1.)
The Firm agrees to supply all necessary contact
information, photograph, website address, email
address and firm description to the Company for
a directory listing under the practice area or
areas of:

2.)
In consideration whereof, the Firm agrees to pay
the Company the sum of $___________ which shall
be payable as follows

3.)
The Company reserves the right, for any reason
deemed sufficient in the protection of its
interests, at any point in time, to terminate
this agreement by refunding to the Firm, the
unearned portion or pro rata amount of any sum
paid in advance for the remainder of this
agreement.
4.)
The term of this agreement is for ONE YEAR
beginning on the commencement date as stated
above and shall continue in force and in effect
under the same terms and conditions as set forth
herein from year to year, unless terminated by
the Company as previously stated or terminated
by the Firm via written notice sent by certified
mail to the Company not less than 60 days prior
to the expiration of any contract year.
5.)
This agreement shall not be effective until
executed by the Company or one of it's duly
authorized officers.
6.)
This agreement comes with the understanding that
as a Firm, you must be officially licensed by
the state or states in which your firm practices
law in order to be listed in the Company
directory or to receive referrals from the
Company. This agreement also comes with the
understanding that your listing is for
advertisement purposes only and that the listing
is not predicated upon either the quality or the
amount of referrals that you might receive from
the Company.
7.)
It is solely the responsibility of the Firm to
inform the Company of any changes in their
listing information.
